Tour of Grounds, Farm to Table Dinner and Cooking Class

Chef Alison will prepare a 4 course farm to table dinner featuring Sun Raised Foods lamb, raised on a animal welfare approved farm, less than 100 miles from the Lovill House Inn. 

 

We will start with of tour of the property which features some surprise upgrades after Hurricane Helene, stopping at the old Barn to enjoy the first course of charcuterie with Sun Raised Foods' award winning lamb salami.

Once we make it make to the Inn, we will enter the kitchen and learn about how the Chef prepared each course and why each cut of lamb was chosen. The second course will feature Alison's homemade lamb sausage pastry rolls.  The third course will feature a new recipe of pomegranate roast lamb shoulder. We will then finish the evening with a homemade dessert!

 

After dinner you will have the opportunity to purchase the lamb salami and frozen lamb cuts from Sun Raised Foods. Guest will then enjoy the firepit outside or retire to their rooms when they are done.

 

The cost for the tour, dinner, wines and instruction is $125 per person. (+ taxes and gratuity).
